Terms & Conditions — HashBoost / GMiner ASIC
Effective Date: October 18, 2025
This Agreement (“Terms”) governs the use of the HashBoost / GMiner ASIC website, software, and related services (“Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. General
1.1. The Service provides software for monitoring, configuring, and optimizing ASIC mining devices.
1.2. These Terms apply to all users, including miners, partners, and distributors.
1.3. By using the GMiner ASIC website or firmware, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement.
2. License and Use
2.1. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use GMiner ASIC firmware and tools.
2.2. It is prohibited to modify, resell, or distribute the software without prior written permission.
2.3. The firmware and Toolkit must be used only for lawful mining and hardware optimization.
3. Fees and Partnership Program
3.1. The developer sets a 3% total commission, which includes all service and partner fees.
3.2. If connected via an official partner, 1% of the commission is transferred to the partner; in direct retail connections, 0.5% goes to the distributor.
3.3. The end user always pays exactly 3% total — no hidden costs or additional fees.
4. Liability
4.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The developer is not responsible for damages caused by power outages, network failures, or third-party services.
4.2. The user is responsible for device configuration and data integrity.
4.3. The developer does not control mining pools and is not liable for their performance.
5. Updates and Support
5.1. HashBoost reserves the right to release updates and improvements without prior notice.
5.2. The user must only install official firmware versions released by HashBoost / GMiner ASIC.
5.3. Technical support is available through official communication channels.
6. Privacy
6.1. The collection and use of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy.
6.2. By installing and using the software, you consent to data processing as described therein.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HashBoost is registered.
7.2. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or, if necessary, under applicable law.
