Network Information

Displays essential device parameters:

• MAC Address — unique hardware identifier.

• IP Address — current device address on the network.

• Subnet Mask — defines the local network range.

You can also view and change the Hostname — the name under which the device appears on the network.
By default, it is set as Antminer but can be customized for easier management in large installations.

 

Connection Protocols

DHCP Mode

• Automatically assigns IP addresses from your router or network server.

• Recommended for small networks or when IP management is handled by a central DHCP service.

• Note: the IP address may change after a reboot or power outage.

Static Mode

• Allows setting a fixed IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS server.

• The address remains constant even after restarts or power interruptions.

• Recommended for mining farms and environments requiring stable monitoring and control.

 

Advanced Diagnostics

The firmware includes built-in network diagnostics tools to assist with troubleshooting:

• Ping Test — check connectivity between the device and the mining pool or gateway.

• Connection Status — display current network state and uptime.

• Error Log (NET) — records connection interruptions and IP changes.

 

Best Practices

• Assign static IPs for all ASICs in large-scale operations to simplify management and prevent address conflicts.

• Keep a record of assigned IP ranges for quick identification of devices.

• For DHCP users — reserve IPs in your router’s admin panel to prevent reassignments.
